I was thinking about using Sucuri for DDoS protection with my square space site. I was wondering if anyone here has used them and if they are any good?

Hello this is some new name for us to consider it using, may be some one else is using it but no review yet about it. You should better to go for cloudflare as they are well tested and are good in protecting you from DDOS.

Their ddos protection is a little better than cloudflare and incapsula and the malware check is nice. Other than that if you really want ddos filtering check blacklotus if you have the budget for it.

Hi, You should also be consulting your datacenter if they provide any sort of DDOS mitigation application/system, which could be very much advisable than any other 3rd party DDOS mitigation system. You could get a DDOS protection for entire server rather than just for one site. However, if you want DDOS mitigation system for one site only, the cloudflare is a good one. Sucuri one has not been used on a large scale so far.

He's talking about a squarespace website which is not on a dedicated server. Squarespace uses a purpose made scalable platform which performs quite well over viewer spikes and small attacks.

While we haven´t tested their DDOS service we are currently using their WAF and is quite good.

One of our clients have signed for their malware detecting service which is working good. Haven't used the DDOS option. You may also consider cloudflare for this. Another option is to check with your DC if they provide any hardware firewall.
