SMTP OUTLOOK and CSF

| Hey
centos 6 + directadmin + csf
this is server details which has problem with smtp users,
most of the time outlook send a several request to server like checking new mail,send mail etc.
but sometimes (i dont know the reason) it send request with problem and server reject them because of invalid username and password, however in other times they can login to outlook, so csf block them.
check this log:
User b.edalati@asd.com has 320 failed login attempts: dovecot1=320
User s.arfa@asd.com has 111 failed login attempts: dovecot1=111
i have increase csf config to 100 but its not enough m what is your idea

| Are you typing in the username and password each time or are they saved already? If you are typing in, it is possible that you are entering incorrect details by mistake at times, or may be a space is appended unknowingly which will explain the login failures.
Another option is your IP to be temporarily blocked in CSF due to something, which is blocking the emails again.

This cannot be ignored, you cannot have anyone granted such high failed login attempts. If you are relaxing it means you are giving invitation for brute force attackers to come and attack and crack the password.
You have to ask your clients to properly configure the mail client at their end to avoid issues.
