Have you tried removing the "ServerTokens" directive from that .htaccess file?

The ServerTokens directive is only allowed in the main httpd/apache.conf file and not in .htaccess files. So, you need to move it to the main configuration file of Apache.
For cPanel it is /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf

Exactly, what mentioned above is the problem. Remove or comment out ServerTokens from your .htaccess and your site will load fine. If it is not cpanel, most commonly the conf is at /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf . The same is valid for cpanel also as it is symlinked
