Posted by cokrek, 05-02-2012, 11:48 PM First, sorry for my bad english. I've been theprimehost.com customer since Feb 2011 so it's been more than a year now. Mainly I choose their reseller package because they offer free WHMCS license . Their support is very good. Both live chat and ticket. For the first few days, they help me migrate few of my old websites without problem. Since then I almost never submit a ticket since I do not have any problem. I remember when I have to submit ticket regarding file manager problem in cpanel. They support staff unable to re-produce my problem, then Darrel handle my ticket directly. And the problem fixed. Only a week ago, I have problem deleting/creating zone at WHM, then I chat their technical support. They ask me to wait, then 15 minutes later my problem fixed. Very fast support. Their server is quite fast, and recently theiy upgrade their OS from CentOS to CloudLinux. Maybe that's why I'm experiencing some little boost when accessing the WHM and the sites overall. Btw, I'm using their Inferno Two reseller package. Overall 8/10 Since I'm web developer. I'm using the reseller package just to host my client sites and for now I'm not opening my hosting company yet.
