Hey,
I had a quick google and I can't seem to figure out why I keep getting this whilst using file manager usually can do two actions then it pop's up only resolve is to refresh? I suspect it might have something to do with the browser but I cannot be sure anyone know why I keep getting this.
Regards

Hi,
Yes, it does seem to be a browser issue. To figure this out, you can test this on another machine or another browser on the same machine.
Also, check the server logs to see if you are still getting the same error on different machine too and provide the logs here, so it can be reviewed too.

Hi respite,
It looks like a browser issue. Remove cache from your browser and then retry to access file manager. Try to access it from another browser program, or even another PC.
If the problem continues then it could be related to your Web Host and you should contact them.

Check if you have custom cpanel theme
Its could be causing the issue
Get the theme changed to default cpanel theme to x3 which could help troubleshoot issue

Hello respite,
The issue seems to be your browser or your pc issue. You can try accessing it from another browser or try after removing your browser cache. Also try switch off your anti-virus and firewall and try again.
