InnoHosting Account Activation

I have registered for a Reseller Hosting account on InnoHosting today and have made a payment via PayPal. I've been waiting for hours for my account to be activated and have already submitted two ticket to ask about it. Is it really taking that long to activate a Reseller Account? how long do I have to wait exactly?

No need for more than 1 ticket. Making more just delays the process and is unwanted by the host to be honest. They don't guarantee instant setup if I remember correctly and it may take up to 24 hours to setup the account. Pretty normal if a host does manual activation to make sure their is no fraud and for it to happen during a typical billing teams working hours which generally at most is 12 hours a day.

I would just be patient for the time being. It's a weekend so you will need to take that into consideration. I am sure they will manually activate your account and reply to your tickets shortly. Please also remember to check your spam folder to see if their emails have gone there.

As InnoHosting already confirmed this, but i think 24 hours wait is a must thing.
