Try flushing your DNS cache: The site resolves fine for me:

That or change your DNS servers on your NIC at home. try 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2 . Did you just effect a dns change? because it can take up to 48 hours for your ISP to cache the new data.

You have to flush the dns in your local windows machine using the above commands. Start > Run > cmd ipconfig /flushdns net stop dnscache net start dnscache

Well it is on your end at home so giving your ISP a call may get it resolved for you. It is uderstandable that some ISP's do not allow for changing your own DNS at home.

so the solution for this problem to change the ISP you think ??

You don't necessarily need to change the isp, you can simply use other dns, such as opendns . They provide pretty decent instructions as to how to use their services , and are free.
