Just sign up innohosting and immediately encounter problem. cannot received any email from innohosting at allcannot use livechatunable to get whmcs license, hosting and legal template because support is slow in respondingcannot activate forum account because I CANNOT received any email from them At the moment I have to login to client area to see reply from support. It's a pain in the neck. BTW, I did configure the MX entry to remote mail exchanger before submitting support ticket about the problem.

Hello, Why can't you use live chat or are unable to do anything? Here are the response times for your tech support ticket: Ticket opened: 2.32am Staff reply: 3.04am Client reply: 03.58am Staff reply: 04.15am Client reply: 05.54am Staff reply: 07.04am Client reply: 07.52am Staff reply: 09.58am Client reply: 10.14am (about 20 minutes ago) You're receiving responses in around 30-40 minutes, what so slow about that? You hadn't correctly configured your mail settings, tech support correctly configured it for you. If this thread is for me, then you should just send me an email at rameen[a-t]innohosting.com or just give us a call as WHT is not our support desk. Last edited by rv_irl; 04-26-2012 at 06:42 AM.

1. JBH-144-12214 whmcs license key request 2. CHE-304-84495 hosting template, legal template and whmcs license 3. RUE-694-36587 When you were offline (via LivePerson) 4. VVU-938-63230 When you were offline (via LivePerson) 5. GBF-957-74247 When you were offline (via LivePerson) first ticket did reply saying he will pass it to customer service. After much waiting, I open ticket no.2 and close ticket no. 1 myself. ticket no. 3,4,5 is the problem with livechat. whenever I hit submit button, livechat just quit. I set MX entry to remote mail exchange and not to automatic but it won't work. Then I submitted ticket no. 1. While I was in cpanel suddenly my screen flicker and then MX entry was set to automatic and then back to remote mail exchange. After I signed up I never received any email at all. No welcome mail, no account info mail, nothing from innohosting at all. I even register innohosting forum but never get the activation email.

I can see from your client area that you did receive a welcome email: 04/26/2012 00:58 - Reseller Account Information I am on live chat myself, I'm not having issues receiving chats. The tech has confirmed that your MX wasn't configured correctly and he has set them up correctly now for you. You have confirmed your mail is now working. With your other tickets, those aren't tech support tickets, you would have had to wait for Sales to come online. But this isn't an appropriate topic of WHT. You need to be emailing me these things. As I mentioned, WebHostingTalk is not our support desk. So if you need my attention then please just email me instead.

Best to just use Rameen's personal email address.

Somebody has to say that quite a few customers are very impatient, lack of knowledge and in a rush. Providers not perfect either, but I think Inno are quite good, if only theywould provide a bit more space per account:-)? No one is perfect anyway, judging from myself that took me more than a year to think more before open tickets here and there... best

Off course. They want their account setup within seconds and the more important, without contacting the rep at WHT they start the thread to damage the reputation of the company. OP you must wait for sometime and then come here.

Hostingpk-CEO and Lovre, Thank you for your reply. I had experienced this same problem with another webhost many years ago. All this is due to not receiving any email from the beginning. They thought that I've received all the emails to get me started and I thought they are ignoring me. Once all the misunderstanding is cleared, I stayed on with this webhost for over six years, only submitting one or two support tickets so far. As for Innohosting and any other webhost, I do not expect to recieved the welcome email and account info email within seconds or minutes. But after two or more hours later, I started to feel that something is not right. My first reaction is to submit a support ticket and although support did reply, I did not get a satisfactory answer. All I want is have the account info in my mailbox and that did not happened. Then I tried to register their forum but could not activate the forum account because I am not getting the activation email. Finally I registered Webhostingtalk and started this thread hoping someone may provide some good suggestions or may be alert the key person in Innohosting about my problem. ------- Since now everything is settled, could the forum moderator help me close this thread.

I think you should have opened only 1 ticket, because some times opening more then 1 tickets, can slow the process.
