problem in uplouding xml & Image

| Hi all
i have problem in my server that any scripts for uploading Image or rar or zip or upload Xml from admincp for forum not upload in my server
but when i upload from ftp working and upload
any one have solution

| check the File Uploads settings in php.ini.
* file_uploads = On
* upload_tmp_dir should have enough permission.
* verify the size provided for php variable "upload_max_filesize" in php.ini.

Is the upload timing out? Does the server has mod_sec installed? If yes, check the mod_sec audit log for any specific error.
