Restoring SQL Database backup to Invision Power Board

Help!
I moved my site to a new host and am running IPB 1.3 forums,
I have a 62meg sql backup to restore.
I have tried using BIGDUMP.php as max upload is over 52megs.
No Joy!
I also tried zipping the file, got it down to 9megs,
It wont complete the upload in PhpMyAdmin?
I have not had to restore a back up before, and am really struggling. Any advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Mick

You could upload the zip on the server with ftp and ask your provider to restore via shell.

Ask your host to provide remote access to your mysql database and you can use the software navicat to restore your database without any restrictions, if you want to minimize the help from your host support.

just upload your .sql file, and ask your hosts to run
mysql yourdb < yourdump.sql
if they're on cpanel, they won't need to include the -u root and -p arguments.

Upload the dump file to server. Ask your host to restore it. Your host MUST help you with this if you dont have shell access and they impose php limitations like this.
