email not incoming

when I tested from a different server to this one I get this output in the error log:
this has started about 36 hours ago for no apprent reason (maybe an automatic CPanel update?) and I am not receiving ANY email (from no other servers either).
I tried to uncheck the options in WHM "sender verify" and "use callouts" but I still get this same error, would anybody know what this issue is? and as a quick fix, how do I disable the "${perl{checkspam2}}" and "${perl{democheck}}"?
Thank you
Shneur

Hi
During actual use, the perl function in logs cannot open the file
it needs... Exim need to have read/execute?? priviledges to the perl script as whatever user exim is at the time the script runs. Check the permission on the perl script /etc/exim.pl and all related files to the perl script.

hmm, in my /etc there is no exim.pl! maybe this is the problem, the only closest file is exim.pl.local, how would I fix this?
these are the 'exim' files I have in /etc (between other files):

ok, I copied the exim.pl file from my other server and this seems to have fixed the problem, I'm not sure yet if there are any IP differences or other settings which I need to update n this file to be spesific to this server.
interestingly, I ran /scripts/eximup --force and /scripts/upcp --force and these did NOT fix and add the exim.pl file...

Exim.pl file is not regenerated or created with eximup. Only exim configuration is updated. If you need a different exim.pl you need to change cpanel release and run upcp.
