Any freelancing websites that will...?

Hi all We are looking for some good freelancing websites that instead of us giving the money over to the designer doing work for us, its placed in a holding so that the designer has to do his work and gives us less chance of been ripped off. Look forward to your replys. Steve

This is called escrow and most freelancing sites offer that functionality.

Many sites do this. One that I used in the past was Guru.com; it was pretty easy to use their escrow service and relaease the funds once the project is completed.

Odesk is a good one, so is guru, we use them both.

Odesk is a best site, there you can take the tests in which you're expert and the test results will appear in your profile so that people can hire you after seeing your percentile in the test.

Freelancer.com is a great site where you can post a project have people look at it and get comments and find the right person for the job. Then when the job is fully completed you can then pay the person that did the job.

You can change your rate when you apply for jobs, so I keep my stock rate high and lower it if needed. Take some of the certification tests or talk to one of the companies on there and hire through them.
