Something wrong with my apache access log

As per subject, I have a cpanel server and lately there is something seems wrong with my apache access logs. /usr/local/apache/logs/access_log The problem is the log did not recorded website being accessed in details My old logs /usr/local/apache_bacup/logs/access_log record them fine how do I make my apache to log the access log in details again?

It isn't a problem with Apache access_log but instead the connections you see were timed out. 408 - Request Timeout You might want to check the number of connections coming into the server for port 80 and also get mod_status enabled/configured which will show extended information as per each connection.
