Hi, We have got hosting for our clients from aspnix.com from last 2 years. we are facing a serious problem from last 2 weeks that some times some websites are not openable from some isp's in pakistan / london / dubai / Saudi Arabia. but from some isp's at the same time its working perfectly. This happen 2 or 3 times a days. our main domain pheservers.info Name server entries provide to us by server ns1.aspnix.com 8.8.246.5 ns8.pheservers.info 8.8.246.5 --------------------------------- ns2.aspnix.com 8.8.246.5 ns9.pheservers.info 8.8.247.5 --------------------------------- Server said that problem relates to ISP's. And we discussed with ISP's here in Pakistan said that it relates to servers. Please help to trace where is a fault.

I am able to see this website, so it can be an issue in the ISP, are you able to access the website now? can you make a trace and see what happens, just type this at your computer "tracert domainnhost.net" Let us know the result.

Your second attachment suggests that the computer wasn't able to resolve the domain domainhost.net. This could be a problem with the ISP DNS name servers. The domain is accessible at my end.

We checked here. This is not at single ISP. If 10 ISP's than website not openable from 4 ISP's and accessible perfectly from 6 ISPs.

domainnhost.net has only only glue record by the looks of it. That is your problem, add the other DNS server as Glue

There ISP"s may content filter much like China does.

That doesnt alter the fact that his DNS is broken and to be fair its more likely that his DNs is broken than content is blocked

Its a simple DNS issue. Check the DNSreport from different locations and you will see whats the problem.

today, we complained again to server. And suggest him to refresh or recreate dns assign to us 2 year ago. Server check that in his admin helm cp and reply that its fixed now. After that Websites accessible now from all ISP's, till at the moment after 7 hours all websites are working fine. today's emails to server which solved our problem. "Hi, As we discussed with you many times in last week. Some of our websites are not accessible from some isp's. this happening from last 3 weeks. You said that this a DNS issue with your ISPs. This issue is not from a single isps. If there are 10 isps then websites are not openable from 4 isps. From Saudia Arabia our clients are complaining about that. From netherland our clients are complaining about that. This problem not relates to our country only. We are from you from last 2 years. I think there is a problem from your server. can you please check the dns setup for us in your helm cp. where you assign ns1.aspnix.com ns8.pheservers.info ns2.aspnix.com ns9.pheservers.info please refresh this or recreate this again will solve our problem "If you think here is a problem" Waiting for your earliest reply" Also thanks All for your suggestions.
