Hi,
Could someone tell me what I need to change in the DNS zone for when moving servers, to minimize downtime

Change the TTL to a lower number, a few days before you move.
3600 should be fine (1 Hour).

You should also change "A" record to new server IP.
If its a database driven site you would like to connect your application on old server to DB on new server.

Hi,
Thanks guys. I have done that will wait a day or so before I move them over.
Then I will update the IP address for the A records for each domain, then change nameservers.
