I've been lurking for a little while gathering info about different reseller programs. You would want to email the moderators here at the link provided at the bottom of the page to find out why that certain url is banned.

more than likely they were *'d for spamming.... but i haven't heard much about any other hosts on that list (havne't even seen a couple ever mentioned)
