mod_security and mod_filter

| I tried using mod_security and mod_filter together. However, when I try to filter js files, I noticed that particular pages stop working, especially those using ajax.
Is there a way to fix this problem? I'm guessing one filter is being used before the other, which creates this problem.

| Is there anything in any of the logs, including the audit log?
When you say "stop working" do they stop loading immediately or do they slowly load and just stall?

| mod_security is sufficient imo.
