Posted by mariuspa, 03-18-2003, 07:56 PM Hello, I also had a sad experience with FDC. I have been with them since 04/03/2003. Since then...I encountered saome problems: the big outage a few days ago...and now I have strange problems with email. No mail goes in...no mail goes out. Any of you have problems like this? And I have also the best prove that mail isn't going out: I opened a support ticket and no confirmation came in the mail. Please let me know if someone has email problems. I want to give FDC a second chance, beforea I go for another provider. So someone from FDC please let me know what the problem is. Thank you!
