Can any one please help explain these instructions. I've been trying all night to reach HostForWeb with no luck. I can not find an option to "Manage A DNS Zone" in my WHM Thanks! ------------------------------------------------- Dear Valued Reseller Client, When we did the backup restore, it put all of the information back, but not the DNS zones; the reason is that it does not have records of all domains that got NS information for their reseller zones._ Therefore these domains have are not viewable and to fix it DNS entry needs tobe updated. You have to modify DNS zone ONLY if you are using PRIVATE NAME SERVERS. Login to WebHostManager = > Manage A DNS Zone And change 'ns41.servershost.net.' to your 'ns1.yourprivatenshere.com.' (2 places) 'ns42.servershost.net.' to your 'ns2.yourprivatenshere.com.' DOT is required at the end.

I just finish changing all of my domains. Logon using your reseller account and find edit dns. Let it download all your domains on the right side and then select each domain. Change anything that has ns41.serverhost.net (2 entries) and ns42.serverhost.net (1 entry) and save.

in your whm, go to dns functions, there should be link "Edit a DNS zone", that's what you need. Unless they disabled it and then they need to do it.
