Plesk (windows) disabled by a antivirus scan

| hello,
after a virus scanning plesk monitor shows plesk as disabled.
if we try to start it, nothing happens.
if we tray to run the installer again, we get a pippe code 2 error.
any help in fix this issue?

| probably the binaries in plesk was affected by virus. did u r virus scan show some results ?/

| yeah, that some files are still infected:
C:\Program Files\Parallels\Install\090420.16\SiteBuilder4.msi: VBS.Psyme-23 FOUND
C:\WINDOWS\Installer\238bc0b.msi: VBS.Psyme-23 FOUND

| Best solution is to try and repair your plesk installation from add-remove programs or download a new binary to modify the current installation as there is a chance that the existing ones are affected.
PS : Best possible solution is still a reimage if you are badly affected

| try making a plesk backup before u give it away ..will help in restoring the accounts.
Safest best is to bring up another server and migrate the accounts to the new server
