Hi Is your web app sending it via PHPMail or SMTP ? I suspect PHP mail so it will be sent from @server.domain.com If you have the choice change your email from being sent via PHP to SMTP, and you'll find in most cases it wont go straight to SPAM. Thanks

is this related to Yahoo by any chance, or are your e-mails end up in spam at gamil, hotmail and others too ?

The IP may be blacklisted internally by the email provider's list even though it may not be on any public blacklist.

I am using hMailServer It's a J2EE application using SMTP Emails end up in Yahoo and Gmail spam Folder There were an incident before: I left the mail server unsecured and one Chinese spammer used it to send tons of spam Right now the mail server is secured Most of registred users never come back to activate the registration because of this problem Reverse DNS is set and there is no DNS issue Cheers

Do you have SPF and DKIM/DomainKeys setup? You need to find out if the problem is with your IP or your domain. Try sending email with a different domain or use the same domain on a different IP. You can take the correct actions after that. Let me know if you need further help after that.
