IISnet Networks down

Posted by brko, 07-24-2003, 08:36 AM
IISnet Networks servers are down for past couple of hours now (at least if you try to connect from Croatia). Has anyone any information about it? (they announced that they will upgrade to plesk 6 today, but said it would last for 20 min and sites would be up for that time) Has anyone some contact phone or something for direct contact? Can anyone try if they are online from some other country (www.digiwhale.com for instance, or iisnet home site) Thanks Vedran

Hi, Only PSA has been down. The upgrade ran smoothly except on your server, where the server encountered some difficulties. All sites, mail servers, etc. are running smoothly. We apologise for this inconvenience and delay. Thanks for your cooperation.

It's also slow because it's copying old contents over.

But it's not O.K., our mail server is not working (and it's midnight here) - it rejects logins, and we have no plesk control panel (web page not found error), please, this is very urgent since our customers are calling us all the time since their mail is not working.

It's OK from 3 different internet connections. Coincidence? :| Plesk is broken at the moment, we've gotten a team of people looking at what's wrong.
