Running a website using Wordpress - Disk Space about 1GB(will increase for 500MB every months) - Monthly Bandwidth Transfer: 300GB - 500GB - Peak: 500-1000 people access my site in a few minutes after my site update(from fb to tell them) - Normal: Under 50 people accessing my site concurrently. What Hosting hardware spec should I need? Such as how much RAM should I need? thx Moreover, any Cloud Hosting I can choice within the budget of US$80 per month?

Cloud Server traffic exceeds 10,000 visitors per day / + 4 Processor Cores I don't think it really necessary for a wordpress site to use +4 Processor...as they are not concurrent user. Even I'm using a shared hosting, it can handle 80% case, my problem is not able to solve the peak which contain over 500 concurrent user at the same time...
