| IHSL - is the forum member on WHT with DIY. He is a nice person... ask him questions, he responds. From what I can tell the hosting and reselling is very good... I've also heard good things about them. They are on my short list as well.
Reseller-center.com - new company as of a couple of months ago. I've been with them (almost) since they started. I've toyed around with them a little, not that much. Thy have excellent customer service and a forum second to none (as far as help/customer support). They seem to have small problems every now and again (like today it is the mail server), but they are always on it.... Past 2 months I've not seen any major downtime (couple of times with 2 - 10 minutes of downtime). I call downtime when a site is not up for the world to see... there has been other downtime when users could not get into e-mail or log into the control panel for longer period of times. Then again, I would not know all of this if they did not report it. Who really notices 5 minutes of control panel downtime in a week? I would bet many, many (far majority) would not report a 5 minute downtime).
For the price, I don't think you will find a better reseller plan.
