| I don't think it's ONE important factor, all of the factors above have as much importance as the other.
But for bandwidth, are you talking about quality or port size?

| They're all important.
You can by all the bandwidth you can eat, but serve it up with a p2 and 256k ram... what's the point?

| Support and Control Panel are very important for the user.
The other stuff as people have said, it is all important.
