Since I am an avid reader of this forum and the surrounding hosting community I felt it was appropriate to post my experience with 24HostingNow. I began hosting with them soon after they opened in 2002, and currently operate my small hosting business using there cPanel/WHM based services. I intend for this to be very concise, non-biased, and informative review. Con's (always start with the bad) -Datacenter Switch, this has caused some downtime and hassle recently (posted on WHT) however in the past few weeks I have been constantly monitoring the server. Uptime seems back on track. -DoS, against the network however since the incident the client has been removed and the issue permanently resolved (according to an email sent personally to me after I inquired the cause of downtime). Pros (now the upside) -Value, and I mean honest value. Personally I have operated with my share of dishonest and oversold value host(s). I am surprised that 24HostingNow can profit off its services yet maintain it pricing structure, support and operation while living up to its promises. -Communication, is always a support ticket or email away. Initially I was extremely skeptical of a host that did not provide a phone number or address (yet they are available via whois) however I quickly tested out there support ticket system. The responses have been helpful, pleasant, and most important timely (<30mins). I have also been in touch with James Clark (who monitors WHT jclark@24hostingnow.com) and Angelides Loukianos (ceo@24hostingnow.com). Both individuals seem sincere and good to there word in my discussions and account upgrades/changes. -Flexibility, in modifications or custom packages. I had a few specific needs and they were extremely willing to meet all my demands with reasonable price-increases. I feel its been thus far to my advantage to be working with a smaller host, since I actually get a real human on the other end comprehending my requirements and giving his opinion. This was meant to be informative yet still convey my opinion of 24HostingNow. I do regard them as unique in there combination of value, communication, flexibility, and realistic promises . I pride myself in running a small yet integrity based business and thus those services I outsource must also meet my expectations. Although currently according to there website (which just got a new look) they are only offering 2 packages, I feel confident in offering my advice communicate with them your price range and service requirements and you will get some sort of package or recommendation. If my opinion were to change Id post it here immediately, as I said, I intend to only inform the community of my satisfaction thus far of 24HostingNow.com.
