Experience with Docketthost.com???

| Does any one have any news (good/bad) about Docketthost.com? Wehostwebpages.com?
I want a host that can signup clients through my site seemlessly and bill the client, and place them on recurring billing.
I've looked into it and I think that HShere is the software that the host needs to provide.
I would like to provide my clients with BOTH windows and unix hosting, however wehostwebpages.com is way more expensive...
