| I need a reseller dotnetpanel account that allows overselling.

| DNP does allow overselling to the best of my knowledge.
What is it you are trying to oversell?
Before i responded to this post, i logged in to DNP as a test reseller with a 100 domains limit, it allowed me to create plans with unlimited domains, although the master reseller was only allowed 100 domains.

| Usually overselling means diskspace and bandwidth.
A reseller with 10GB disk space can create a number of 10GB space hosting accounts.
New account can be created as long as reseller usage does not exceed the 10GB quota.

| You can do this also with diskspace/bandwidth in DotNetPanel.
