Hi,
The error logs you gave has "lowest numbered MX record points to local host:
--> For this, you will have to check the MX priority set in DNS zone and set it to 0 for the related domain and save.

Recently encountered same issue and the issue was wrong e-mail routing setting.
Make sure e-mail routing setting in cPanel's MX Entry section is set to Local Mail Xchanger.

run command /scripts/checkalldomainsmxs --yes to fix this issue
The issue is due to the domain entries present in wrong file in /etc/localdomains and /etc/remotedomains

Try this : Login to WHM >> DNS Functions >> Edit MX Entry >> select the domain with the problem from the list >> click edit >> click save without modifying anything.
