Looking for a master reseller with no account limit

Posted by strider96, 07-20-2010, 02:41 PM
Hi. I am in need of a master reseller for a upcoming project of mine. I don't need it to start a business so no need for all that free support and stuff and I don't need for it have a special free IP or anything. Need: Space: over 20GB Bandwidth: over 40GB Budget around $20 but will stretch to $30 if need be so. Optional: A free domain (don't really need but hey if they are offering it ill take it) I was using this host before: http://www.magmahost.com/reseller.html And they were great fast servers and they never went down even once however support times are just a disgrace. So plans like the above would be awesome! Last edited by strider96; 07-20-2010 at 02:54 PM.

Do you mean "Space: over 20 GB"? k-disk.net, ezpzhosting and innohosting all come to mind as providers that offer master reseller. Good luck in your search!

Copy pasting and not rechecking... As for ezpzhosting they seem really good. I would I gone for innohosting if it provided the space I required but thanks alot! And P.S. I would't mind reseller hosting either. If master reseller is not available then Reseller if fine. Last edited by strider96; 07-20-2010 at 03:04 PM.

I personally would never run a business off anything Alpha or Master, but since it is just a project it is different. I have seen K-Disk signature, but might be something to check out!

Thanks for the pointer Thanks Too. Hello,

It sounds to me like he is looking for this. Most reseller providers nowadays have solutions with no limits on the number of accounts that can be hosted

Id say k-disk. Hes been around for awhile and seems to always want to help.

He is asking the feature to create resellers under his reseller account (master reseller)

Maybe you should try to work with magma host about the support issues and try to get things resolved instead of just giving up on them?

Last time i checked Inno Hosting didnt offer Master resellers.

Try mddhosting.com if you just want reseller hosting.

They do, but they use their own "Beta" Master Reseller Panel called "IR Panel"

Posted by TBradley, 07-22-2010, 06:14 PM
What type of panel do you use?

Posted by KMyers, 07-22-2010, 06:19 PM
Hello,

At one point we were offering Master Reseller packages, but I just felt that the WHMPHP panel was not up to par with WHM, would you agree? Do you think Zamfoo is better?

Posted by KMyers, 07-22-2010, 07:46 PM
Much,

Posted by PremiumHost, 07-22-2010, 11:26 PM
We use WHMReseller and have no issue with it.

I use Zamfoo. I feel it is better integrated with WHM. Also the autogrant feature is very nice for cross compatibility with different billing systems, without the need for plugins

We do too - I think that it is really great master reseller software

Posted by M Bacon, 07-23-2010, 02:17 AM
We currently use WHMPHP. It does have some bonuses like installing FFMPEG and creating backups automatically so that you can download them.

WHMPHP also have multiple auto installers which enables you to install many things at just one click. I feel that Zamfoo is quite confusing for some clients including myself.

All the best with the research and do update us when you get your host

Posted by M Bacon, 07-23-2010, 07:59 PM
Ya. You can install Fantastico with it and CSF and Softaculous and More with it. Zamfoo was extremely confusing for me as well. People asked me what Master Reseller Softawre I used before I got WHMPHP and didn't want to host with me because I used WHMReseller. I love the new WHMPHP. It just installs into cPanel and WHM now without you installing on it on your site and has a WHMCS plugin! Its great!

Totally agreed. I bought my license off some reseller to get cheaper price .

We are currently in process of converting our last 2 WHMreseller servers to WHMPHP. We currently use both ZamFoo and now WHMPHP on our servers and they each have their advantages. ZamFoo and WHMPHP are certainly much better then WHMreseller, both in functionality and features.

When I first started, I was using WHMPHP, but after they updated the version, I wasn;t happy that my customers had to login through cPanel to create reseller accounts. It just didn;t make sense, so I switched to Zamfoo, which maintains master reseller ability through the WHM interface Of course, that was a while ago, maybe WHMPHP has changed back, but I haven't used it since, to know

Posted by M Bacon, 07-27-2010, 02:54 AM
Yes. You have to login into cPanel in order to use it unless your root.

Hi Yes, Zamfoo is best for master reseller programs. Do you offer this plans? superezhost is offering master reseller accounts. Venkat

Both of them offer fantastic features and integrations, with WHMPHP you get for example a tool which allows you to remove firewall restrictions and its a very useful tool for you and your customers in support matters. Zamfoo has many additional features and personally I prefer how WHMPHP looks and I would improve some style options and some other features in Zamfoo, as some of them can be added. You could try going to k-disk and see their packpages, your budget and just ask your questions, do the same with ezpzhosting, ask about hardware, support average times, if money-back guarantee is available (and conditions about it), general guarantees, backups, etc, however so far I know, they both are very reliable companies and have good reputation and reviews here at WHT, also both of them are using different master reselling scripts (ezpzhosting whwmphp and k-disk zamfoo) Regards!
