SolusVM is just a graphical interface that lets you manage a virtual servers system.
If you want to create windows and linux servers, try KVM: http://www.linux-kvm.org/page/Main_Page

You can use Xen or KVM to create Windows and Linux VPS using SolusVM.

SolusVM is more of a control panel for provisioning of OpenVZ/XEN/and KVM. Both XEN and KVM can run Windows .

Hi,
No SolusVM only works with KVM and Xen if you want Windows. You can't configure it to work with any other technology like VMware or HyperV

Hi,
If you want to have VMware virtualization, ESXi provides its own management panel too to manage resources. You can go with this.

Hi,
Don't think you will find one for reinstalls but there is one for whmcs that will reboot the VM.

What exact product of VMWare you are using? ESXi or something else.

Look for vcloud director. It is a complete set of software that you can manage your vmware guests through the web interface.
If vcloud director seems like an overkill product to you, with vmware, you can open up web access and then you can login to your esxi host through the web, port 9443 if I recall correctly. You can only manage the guests located on that esxi server. If you have multiple servers and want a central web interface to manage all of them, you'll need vcloud director along with vcenter.
Other than that, openstack also support vmware you may want to take a look.
